Jin Fei dropped out while still in middle school due to financial hardship and returned home to work the fields.

Jin Fei met his beloved wife, and soon they welcomed a child into their lives. However, the financial strain became increasingly burdensome as the profitability of their renovation business dwindled.

Jin Fei finally resolved to relocate to his wife's hometown, Jiangyin, to forge a new life. He endeavored to return to his trade as a renovator, yet as an outsider, he continually faced ostracism from the local community.

With the assistance of his wife's elder brother, Jin Fei secured employment at Amcor, embarking on a fresh career as a film blower. Although the remuneration was not substantial, the position provided stability, and he diligently applied himself to learning and working with great effort. His dedication bore fruit, and by the following year, he had ascended to the role of production foreman.

Jin Fei had evolved into a pivotal technical expert at Amcor's Jiangyin facility. It was then that he was presented with an enticing opportunity: another company, SANHUI, sought to recruit him as their Technical Director, offering a lucrative compensation package and ample room for professional growth. He hesitated at the crossroads, but ultimately chose to embrace a broader horizon in his career. This decision, however, came at a cost: his beloved wife had to relinquish her position at Amcor.

Jin Fei's trajectory at Sanhui was meteoric, transitioning through the roles of Production Manager, Procurement Director, and ultimately Sales Director. By then, he had grown weary of his employer's incessant promises that never materialized and the bullying he endured. Persuaded by friends, they collectively tendered their resignations and embarked on a venture of their own, founding Dechi. They focused on their area of expertise, producing multilayer coextruded films.

Under Jin Fei's leadership, Dechi flourished, developing three blown film production lines in less than five years. However, as a shareholder, Jin Fei did not receive the full dividends he was entitled to, and the drawbacks of multi-shareholder co-management became increasingly apparent. That year, Jin Fei, at the age of 43 and entering middle age, faced the daunting prospect of starting a new business, a venture unimaginable for most people at that age. Yet, he resolutely left Dechi. With a small portion of dividends from Dechi, he founded a wholly-owned company of his own—Qianxun New Materials. In that year, Jin Fei began anew.

Jin Fei, now 50 years old, has been cultivating the co-extrusion film sector for two decades. Under his leadership, Qianxun has become a thunderous name in the Chinese industry after five years of relentless effort. The two domestically-produced blown film machines at Qianxun have shattered the monopoly of imported machines, capable of producing high barrier films that rival those made by imported counterparts. There's an old Chinese saying that one's destiny becomes clear at fifty, but Jin Fei believes that Qianxun's development has not yet reached its zenith. As his successors gradually take the helm, Qianxun is poised to venture beyond China and conquer the global market.
